The Ministry of Law & Justice (MoLJ) is the principal legal arm of the Government of India, responsible for the formulation, implementation, and administration of laws, legal affairs, and judicial reforms in the country. The Ministry advises all Central Government Ministries on legal matters, oversees drafting of laws, promotes access to justice, and implements judicial reforms to improve efficiency and transparency in the justice delivery system.
