About the Scheme
The Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH) is a centrally sponsored scheme launched in 2014–15 for the holistic development of the horticulture sector.
It covers fruits, vegetables, spices, flowers, plantation crops, mushrooms, and aromatic plants, promoting everything from production and post-harvest management to marketing and export promotion.
Goal: To enhance horticultural production, improve farmer income, and build a robust value chain from farm to market through infrastructure, technology, and institutional support.

How to Apply

- Visit the official portal https://midh.gov.in
- Click on “Beneficiary Corner → Apply Online.”
- Select your State / District / Crop / Type of Assistance.
- Fill out the application form and upload documents.
- Submit and note your application ID for tracking.
Offline Method
- Visit your District Horticulture Office / Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK).
- Collect the MIDH application form.
- Attach required documents (Aadhaar, land proof, photos).
- Submit to the District Horticulture Officer (DHO) for verification.
- Approved applicants receive financial assistance via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
