How It Works
- Farmers or cooperatives can purchase certified seeds from NSC through its sales outlets or authorized dealers.
- Farmers can also register as seed growers under NSC’s contract seed production programme.
- The seed production process is monitored by NSC field officers to maintain quality.
- After certification, NSC distributes seeds to state agencies and direct customers.
- NSC ensures availability of seeds during Rabi and Kharif seasons through its distribution network.
