What Is ITRA?
The Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (ITRA) is India’s premier national institute for Ayurveda education, clinical research, and patient care.
It was established by upgrading the Gujarat Ayurved University into an Institute of National Importance (INI) under the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda Act, 2020.
ITRA integrates Ayurveda teaching, research, and hospital care at one campus, representing the highest standard of Ayurvedic education and evidence-based practice in India.
