What Is NEIAH, Shillong?
The North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda and Homoeopathy (NEIAH) is a dual-mode national institute providing education, research, and healthcare services in both Ayurveda and Homoeopathy.
It was established to meet the regional demand for AYUSH education and services while integrating traditional and local healing practices of the Northeast with mainstream healthcare.
In simple words —
NEIAH Shillong is the Northeast’s first integrated AYUSH institute — combining Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, and indigenous wisdom for holistic health and education.
