Shri Prataprao Ganpatrao Jadhav

Shri Prataprao Ganpatrao Jadhav, born on 25 November 1960 in Buldhana, Maharashtra, is a senior Shiv Sena leader and the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for AYUSH and Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare in the Government of India since 10 June 2024. A four-time Member of Parliament and former Maharashtra Minister, he is the political head of the Ministry of AYUSH, leading Indiaโ€™s efforts to integrate traditional systems with modern healthcare and expand the global reach of Ayurveda, Yoga, and natural wellness.
